I don't know if it applies in this market, but the MAM has put out a major low signal for sometime between yesterday through the 26th. That means it's saying that sentiment has finally gotten extreme enough for a major low, and the market has sold off extreme enough for a major low as of yesterday. The long term trend remains decidedly down, about 400 SPX points away from neutral.
