MM Closing Notes - Market Analysis for Dec 23rd, 2019

There was a positive significant geopolitical story for today-- China lowering tariffs.  Yet, the mixed bag of sentiment continues as there's also a background story of North Korea's Christmas present.  I am considering the possibility that the weekly is going in one direction and the daily in another.  That would account for the mix being observed of significant, but both positive and negative governmental and geopolitical stories of late, and the confusion in sentiment vs. markets.   However, I would like to study several scenarios to ascertain the highest probabilities prior to reaching a conclusion on the likely signal orientation for daily and weekly.  Today's MMI was correct as the market closed below open, but there's no MMI call for tomorrow.
