Jason Appel Joins EWT Analyst Team As Our "Beginners Guide"

The main reason we began Elliottwavetrader back in 2011 was to offer traders and investors a forum in which they can learn Elliott Wave analysis and interact with our analysts while they learn the methodology.  During the time since we initially opened our virtual doors, we have created many webinars to aid beginners in their learning process, and I still strongly urge everyone to review the ones produced by Garrett many times over. 

However, one of our weaknesses has been in being able to hand-hold newer members through their learning process.  So, as you, our members, have asked us for more guidance in learning the basics of Elliott Wave analysis, we have heard you loudly and clearly. 

Please join me in welcoming Jason Appel (JAppel) as our newest analyst to join our Elliottwavetrader family.  While Jason has been with us as a member for the last 5 years, he has now joined our staff as our “Beginners Guide.” And, his title is quite descriptive of what he will be doing for our members at Elliottwavetrader.

First, let me give you a bit of background about Jason.  Jason is a financial markets veteran who started his career on the trading floor of the Chicago Board of Trade in the early 2000s working as a top pit clerk for a high-volume broker. Since 2014, Jason has been studying and honing his skills in applying Elliott Wave analysis with ‘Fibonacci Pinball’ toward a variety of asset classes and trading instruments ranging from Equities and Equity Indexes, to Physical Commodities, to Cryptocurrencies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Depaul University.

Jason’s will be managing the Beginners Circle and responding to questions of our newer members to hasten and further their learning process in Elliott Wave analysis and our Fibonacci Pinball methodology.  He will also be providing a live video tutorial at the end of the trading day on Mondays and Thursdays, wherein he will be reviewing the day’s price action utilizing my 5-minute and 60-minute SPX charts at an Elliott Wave beginners level. 

Jason’s video tutorials will be in addition to the weekly Beginners Webinar that is hosted by Zac, Garrett and Mike, and Jason will be joining the rotation for that as well.  Therefore, we will now have tutorial webinars on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings for our beginner members.

So, we urge all our new members to take advantage of the Beginners Circle to ask questions of Jason during your learning process, as well as to attend Jason’s tutorials.   We are confident his presence will add significant value to our newer members as you get up to speed in understanding Elliott Wave analysis.
