Market Analysis for Jul 25th, 2019

Even after waiting for the overnight action, there is still not a lot I am able to add to the weekend analysis.  Rather, the markets are still consolidating and I maintain a near term upward bias as the structures look to complete their respective waves iii.  And, without any further action beyond consolidation, there is nothing further for me to be able to report.
